| 1) How to tell if X-Trap is running? |

X-Trap will run automatically after you start Twelve Sky 2. Once Twelve Sky 2 is running, you should see the X-Trap symbol (highlighted in red) in your system tray.
If X-Trap does not run, the Twelve Sky 2 game client will not start. In that event, you will receive the following error messages:
|
| 2. a) What if I get an X-Trap [10-0300-00002EE7-200] Error? |

The following error means that X-Trap was unable to connect to the X-Trap patch server. Please ensure that your firewall and antivirus settings allow X-Trap to access the patch server. |
| 2. b) What if I get an “[X-TRAP] Patch module can not be loaded in the memory. Please, try it again. [0030003:00000C1]” error message? |

Your XPva03.dll file in the Twelve Sky 2 directory (usually “C:\MAYN Games\TwelveSky 2”) has been corrupted. Please uninstall and reinstall the game client. |
| 2. c) What if I get an X-Trap [02-0300-00000424-502] Error? |

|
| 2. d) What if I get an X-Trap [05-0400-00000000-203] Error? |

| 2. e) What if I do not receive an error message and Twelve Sky 2 does not start after clicking on “Game Start” on the launcher? |
Please perform the following steps:
- Restart the computer and re-run the launcher.
- Ensure your internet is working (try accessing our website www.12sky2.com).
- Ensure your antivirus and firewall are not conflicting with X-Trap.
- Ensure you have no viruses on your computer.
- Ensure you are not running any bot or hacking programs.
If you have performed the above steps but are still unable to run Twelve Sky 2, please send us a ticket.
|
| 3) What to do with X-Trap log files? |
| X-Trap log files are created in your X-Trap directory (usually: C:\MAYN Games\TwelveSky2\XTrap) whenever X-Trap encounters an error. Please do not delete these log files as they may come in useful in helping you solve your problems with X-Trap. |
